3rd Trimester

What should I do??

So for the past week my feet and ankles have been so swollen that I cant tell where my ankle stops and my calves begin! They hurt so bad even when I get out of bed in the morning. I put my feet up and keep myself hydrated and everything. Along with the swollen feet, I also have a problem of being light headed and dizzy all the time. Today I realized that my hands are also getting puffy now too, idk whats going on or what to do Sad anyone know what I should do??

Sounds like PE, call your doctor.

  • I would contact your doctor, they will probably do some testing for pre-eclampsia.  It might not be anything serious but I know that those are both signs for Pre-E.  They might take some labs and have you do a 24 hour urine catch.  I've noticed some slight swelling lately too and I think it might just be because we're getting close to the big day and it's getting warmer outside too.  Take it easy, but make sure to call your doctor.
