    I know it hurts to see that BFN, but I also know it's a relief to be able to move on. I just got a BFN on Thursday after my cytotec-induced m/c. Hugs for you.

    Im glad that its the start of a new beginning for you but as PP said, anytime you see a BFN, even when you expect it, it stings. =(

    You ladies that test after m/c are so brave. I just couldn't do it. I didn't want to see a BFN or a BFP--knowing that it was the last thing tying me to my baby.

    Best of luck on your new chapter.  I thought about doing this as well, just to be sure, but didn't.  I did have to have a urine test done before my sonohysterogram this week.  I saw on the paperwork that it was negative.  I had a moment of sadness, even though I knew it would be.  Strange to have to deal with all of these things.  I like your positive attitude.  Keep it going!

    TTC 10/11. IUI 2/12. BFP 3/8/12. 4/26/12 missed mc. RE consult 5/17/12. IVF #1 ER 7/13/12 53R, 41M ICSIed, 32F, 8 5d, 6 6d blasts - all PGD/frozen. PGD results 1 normal M and 1 normal F, 1 maybe M. FET 9/6, transferred 1 F embie. Beta 9/15 BFN. FET#2 planned for 11/2012 put off until 2013. Surprise BFP 11/21/12!! My son was born on 7/24/13!

    FET 4/28/2015 - Transferred 1 M embie. 5/6/15 BFP!

    I know BFNs sting, but they also (atleast in this case) can mean a new beginning. I hope everything works out for you! ((((hugs))))

Sept. 8, 2010, u/s showed poss. blighted ovum.... b/w 9/8/10 22,698 b/w 9/10/10 14,521.... mmc confirmed, started naturally m/c 9/15/10, d & c 9/16/10 I love you my precious monkey!! 2nd BFP March 2011.... c/p, miss you lil one!! 3rd BFP Nov. 20, 2011, subcornial hemorrhage detected 11/24/11 heartbeat found.... LO's heartbeat lost 11/25/11.... d & c 11/26/11..... I love and miss you so much baby!!!! C/P 4/26/12.... gone before I knew you.... off BCP 10-1-13.. BFP 11-20-13.. SCH for 7 weeks.. 3-4-14: It's a Girl!.. 4-22-12 emergency cerclage placed..7-7-14 cerclage removed at 36w.. delivered Lillian Marie 7-28-14..

    It does take guts to take that test. I'm so glad that it only took one test.  Dragging that process out is torture. This will be our 1st month ttcal and I'm dreading that I will have to start peeing on things again. Good luck on your new beginning.

    Yay! You have more guts than me. I stood in the 'family planning' aisle at Walgreens for a good 10 minutes yesterday debating whether to buy one but I just couldn't do it. I have an RE appt on Tuesday so I'm going to ask them to test again and hopefully I'll get that big fat negative.

    (((hugs))) definitely bittersweet. I remember feeling like it was all bad dream. When I got the BFN my heart fell to my stomach. Cheers to new beginnings! Good luck!

    That is sad and great all at the same time. It is hard to know it is 100 percent over but makes you hopeful knowing you've completely moved on.

    BFP #2: 8/31/12 EDD: 5/18/13 Chemical pregnancy: 9/4/12

    Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 

    Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
    Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
    Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
    Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP!  EDD: 6/7/14

    A bittersweet moment but you have a great attitude.  I hope I can look forward so positively.  I never thought I'd been celebrating falling numbers either.  Good luck to you.
