Nope, when DD is hungry, she doesn't care where she is. She wants the bottle (FF) and she wants it at that moment. She will look around while eatting but isn't distracted in the least.
Maybe try the blanket trick that most of us EBFers use to maintain a little privacy? Throw a light blanket over your shoulder and LO to block out the stimulus.

Yes. Lately my boy is distracted by every little thing when eating! Even at home!
I'm hoping it's just a phase because it's getting kind of annoying. He doesn't feel like eating anymore!
