sick baby or teething?

I know it is rare for a baby to start teething this early, but if she isnt teething idk what it is

DD has been a whole different baby today and yesterday, she has been drowling but babys drowl and I know that. She has been sticking everything in her mouth for weeks, but again babies explore with their mouths.

Today she has been screaming, not crying but really screaming like she is in pain, randomly. She has been having more poops than normal the last few days, she normally has 1 a day and she has been having 3-4. She wont eat very much just biting the nipple and grunting. She also has been just biting the paci like crazy. She does have a small temperature around 99-99.5

Finally I put some baby orajel on her gums and gave her some tylnol, after I called the doctor and the nurse told me that if she had a temperature it was okay to give her some.

advice please.

This may sound obvious but if I were you I would take off all her clothes and diaper to make sure nothing is sticking her and there are none of your hairs wrapped around fingers or toes.
