Tropical Storm Beryl!

I am wondering who else due in June lives within the projected path of this storm? I live near Volusia County, Florida.. one of the possible points of impact. I've read that the barometric pressure from hurricanes can induce labor, so I'm wondering if this tropical storm would do anything! lol Wishful thinking I know, but I am facing an induction next week...so I'm hoping for anything but pitocin at this point! lol

    That's true! I live in Orlando.

    When I was in New Orleans during Katrina I remember one woman gave birth in her car during the evacuation to Baton Rouge.

    I live in jacksonville and apparently she's going to be making landfall here tomorrow night. I wasn't even paying attention to her path so at least now I know.

    I don't think i'll be going into labor because of it, but then again... i feel like i'm going to be pregnant forever. :P

    I live in Seminole County. Its not going to hit us too hard but Ive heard that the low pressure can induce labour. Not sure how true it is, but we shall see! I would love to have this little girl anytime!! :)

    I don't live in FL yet but we're moving to Jacksonville in Oct. :) My husband use to live in FL and told me of the many Hurricane parties he went to.

    I'm thinking this might sway in our favor. After a rough internal exam on Thursday, I began losing my mucus plug and have been feeling pressure and sporadic contractions!  If that does happen, I hope the hospital isn't a madhouse! lol
