TTC After a Loss
hello
Hi there, I have lurked for a couple of days now and thought I had better introduce myself in case I feel like posting... DH and I have been TTC since october 2011, so 7 months now, we FINALLY got that elusive BFP on 5/15, and I proceeded to have a CP on the 22/23rd. We are so bummed out! My follow-up appointment with my OB/GYN isn't until the 6th of june, but she didn't say to not try in the meantime. At first I thought I would for sure want to take a break, but after having a few days to absorb what has happened I think I would like to get straight "back to business".
More about us: I just turned 25 on the 10th, DH is 26. We have been married for 4.5 years. We have 3 "furbabies", Charlie - my 5 year old aussie/lab mix, Miss Topaz (taz for short) is a 2 year old 1/2 siamese calico, and Toots is a 1 1/2 year old mutt kitty. I am an office manager at a chain of payday loan/check cashing stores (not my fav. thing, but it's full time and that's tough to find in our area right now) and DH is an electrician. My BIL and his wife just had a precious baby girl on the 22nd (kind of cruel and unusual punishment that my niece was born as I was miscarrying, but she is an angel and a blessing and we love her) so I'm an aunt!!! DH and I are both geeky sci-fi/fantasy TV series junkies, think Supernatural, Smallville, Farscape, Stargate, etc.
Anyway, I just thought it best to say hello in the event I come out of lurking eventually!
BFP 5/15, CP 5/23. We had 7 sweet days with our Angel Baby.

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation.
Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP! EDD: 6/7/14

BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
