What is this feeling?

New feeling as of the past few hours: Agonizing pressure, like the feeling that she's trying to be born out of my butt. It's all in my super lower back/upper butt area. It's pretty intense. I can't tell if its contractions though because it doesn't seem to be going away? Is this her engaging/dropping? Or back contractions?

 

Edit: On further assessment, it is coming and going, but not in a particularly logical pattern.

    My MIL told me that this is how her labor with my DH started...she thought she had to go to the bathroom.  So...probably pressure from baby dropping further down?
