Urinary Incontinence...

Hi ladies!  It's been a while since I have posted.  I'm having a little issue with urinary incontinence.  I never had it during pregnancy, but I've had it since (and it's been 3 1/2 months).  It's so embarrassing!  I have to wear a light panty liner every day.  Am I the only one?  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Me too!  My Dr said if Kegels didn't solve my issues she would refer me to s physical therapist. I actually need to follow up with her because I asked for the referral 3 weeks ago!

    Mine is only during exercise but then it's more than just a leak.

    My best friend warned me about this, but thankfully it hasn't happened yet.

    However, thanks to my epesiotomy I'm guessing, I have been having trouble holding farts in! Embarrassed

    Oh the joys of giving birth...

    THIS TOTALLY!! The first time I exercised, I was like, uuuummmm, what is going on????  I need to be better about doing kegels, I always forget.

    Omg this too! Thank Goodness I'm not alone here! My husband just shakes his head and says "my wife..."
