We usually are a consistent 2 napper ranging from 1.5-2.5 hours each. But we've been teething, had diarrhea, and are a little off kilter. The last few mornings he has slept in later than normal (yay) and I have a tough time tellin whether he is tired or not so I just put him in his crib after 2-2.5 hours in the morning then around 2ish in the afternoon...not working out well. I can't tell if I'm just missing his signs, he's too excited bc he's walking, or we're trying to transition to 1 nap...seems a bit early though...
Thoughts?
Re: Where are you with naps? 1 or 2?
We are still doing a 2-3-4 schedule here and it is working. She gets up around 7, nap ~ 9-10:30, 2nd nap ~2-3, bed around 7.
There are been a couple days where her schedule has been off and she's just had one nap, but in general she needs both.
my DD naps twice a day...
she basically is on a 3 hour schedule.
Whenever she wakes up (which this past month has literally ranged from 4:30 - 6:30 AM, uhhh) - she naps 3 hours later for 1-2 hours.
So our schedule is somewhat like this -
Wake up at 6.
Nap at 9 - 10:30.
Nap 1:30 - 3:00.
Bed 7.
