I started three meals right at six months. She eats cereal, 3.5 oz of fruit and six oz of milk for breakfast. For lunch she has 4 oz of veggies and 4 oz of fruit and 6oz of milk. For dinner she has cereal, a veggie, fruit and sometimes something new. She does sleep through the night but she sleeps longer she goes to bed about 8:30pm and gets up at 7:00 am sometimes maybe a little later. She doesn't wake up at all to eat at night.
LO started with a third meal at 6.5 months. He gets 3 oz cereal/fruit at breakfast, 3-4 oz veggie at lunch and 1-2 oz meat with 1-2 oz of either fruit or veggie for dinner. He nurses between 6-7 times a day and still wakes twice a night to eat. His longest stretch of sleep is about 7 hrs from 6ish until about 1ish.
I think we started with 3 meals around 6.5months. I cant remember exactly. DD still wakes up to nurse at night, we have done sleep training too. Some nights better than others. I have come to realize that once they start sleeping well, a huge development happens, and or teething begins. I miss a good 10hr uninterrupted sleep!
I have started doing two types of food in each puree jar, switch it up a little.
Breakfast- pears and apple puree or banana
Lunch- sweet potato and beets/ pears and steal cut oats puree
Dinner- avocado or broccoli and cauliflower
Today she had 5 baby bullets. 1 at breakfast and 2 for lunch and 2 for dinner. I gauge every day to see how hungry she is. She will smack the highchair tray if she wants more. ( for now that's funny)lol
I figure growth spurt and she has started teething, i can see white lines in her gums now. She still nurses quite frequently also, DD is 18.5 lbs
my son started 3 meals at 5 mo, he right now he gets stage 2 fruit and oatmeal or ceral for breakfast 50z of formula at nap lunch is stage 2 vegtable or vegtable and fruit mix 5oz bottle at nap time and supper is stage 2 pasta or meat and veg and a 1/2 of fruit stage 2 and a 5 oz bottle at bed. he will get a snack after his afternoon nap. For the last week he started sttn. when we started 3 meals at 5 mo he went from waking 3 times down to 1 or 2 times. We did move his bedtime because with dh he stays up close to 8 pm and wakes between 5:30-6 am. his old bedtime was 6pm and he would be up multiple times.

We do about 3 "meals" a day plus a snack if needed.
3 oz bottle, 1 container yogurt and cereal, 4 oz bottle, morning snack of cucumbers or banana slices, 4 oz bottle, lunch of usually some form of veggie, 6 oz bottle, dinner of fruit and veggie, 6 oz bottle before bed.
He still wakes up at 4 am needing about 6 oz. The oz during the day will fluctuate depending on how hungry he is and if he is in the middle of a growth spurt, cutting teeth, sick, etc.

I did three meals at 6 months, oatmeal and baby food fruit or yogurt, a veggie or pureed food and then a meat puree with veggies. I have been also giving a little bit of real food. Like pieces of strawberry, curry chicken salad, etc. Here and there for him to get used to different flavors and textures.
