Sea Band

I already posted something on the facebook group, but this is too good not to share!! After being nauseous nonspot for 5 days I discovered "sea bands". This sweatband looking things that use accupressure to help with morning sickness, motion sickness, ect. AMAZING!! I haven't had a food aversion since 20 minutes after I put them on...I have my appetite back...and the only time I even felt a little sick was when I hadn't eaten for too long at lunch today. I got them at walmart for $9 and it is seriously the best money I have ever spend. The things that worked with my last pregnancy we NOT helping at all this time so I am just thankful for the relief :) Hope they work as well for you ladies that need them also!!

  • Thanks for the tip!  I was actually planning to buy some tonight on my way home from my husband attempting to take me out for dinner.

  • I have something like this that I bought a long time ago when I was younger and went on a road trip w/my grandparents in the mountains. I'm definitely going to be pulling them out when I need them!
  • I agree.  I loved these for my last pregnancy and so far only needed them a few times.

  • Thank you for reminding me.  I think I'm going to pick one up because my morning sickness just keeps getting worse.  I am taking Zofran for it right now, but that's making my constipation even worse and I hate relying on pills.

  • Thanks for the heads up. I'll picking up one this weekend for sure. For now I've been taking B6 pills with my prenatals and they've done wonders. Though at times I still get nauseous while at work.
  • I looooove them.

  • I haven't had to use them yet this pg but I lived in them for about a month. Too bad it is now the middle of summer and wearing them would be a dead give away for me.

Glad you have found some relief!
