This a P&R and I swear my grandmother who passed yesterday is behind this. My donor meds were ordered about 3 weeks ago and the cost was $3300 plus I need to overnight some left over meds from my previous cycle. Done deal right?! Today I get a call from my pharmacy saying that they have my donor's meds orders to go over and that after insurance coverage it is $116. I was baffled and emailed my nurse who called me right away. She was all confused because she never sent them orders. So, she got in touch with my pharmacy and emailed me back saying she has no idea how this all happened, but she will cancel the other order and my donor meds are covered by the insurance. The other pharmacy said that I did not have coverage for them!!! So bizarre! I swear, this is my grandma.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

That is what I thought and when I called and spent over an hour on the phone with insurance they told me no. The pharmacy in CA checked it too for me and said there was no coverage. How the pharmacy in MA got the order is the mystery. Nobody from SD called it in. I had already processes the order with the CA pharmacy too!
