I am pretty sure that after 12 months straight of really wanting a baby, it no longer qualifies as "baby fever." This is straight up "yes, I definitely want a 2nd child, come hell or high water."
I suuuck at military terminology, but whatever the last phase is in an attack, I'm there. I've spent the last year negotiating with DH and talking through his hesitations and recognizing the objective obstacles to overcome before TTC- our hazy relocation plans, then our definitive relocation plans, then his doubts about life post-relocation, blah, blah, blah. At this point, I am just trying to make it really clear to DH that I want our job/life plans to be secondary to TTC, not the other way around. We can still talk about moving again and looking for new jobs and do all that jazz while TTC. It sounds simple enough to me, now I just need to convince him.
So, wish me luck.
Re: 12 months of baby fever...
Absolutely this. Best wishes!

Good luck! I definitely had baby fever and was "ready" to ttc about a year before we actually did.
I agree though that you can't be 100% ready, because that will never be the case. And if you want to expand your family you do have just let some of the other things fall into place.
I am having squishy fever too for the last few months too. My husband is still saying one and done. And while Evangalin completes me and I would be okay with that we are still young so who knows! =D
Mommy loves you Eevee!
