ripe bananas

Does anyone have a good recipe suggestion using overripe bananas? I love banana bread, but I want to try something different. A cake? Cookies? Other ideas?

I grew up on these and LO LOVE LOVE LOVES them!

ETA: I also add a tad bit of cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg. No syrup or butter is needed.

I don't have a recipe, but at DD's daycare yesterday they used overripe bananas for a little texture activity with the kids. They said that they put the bananas in ziplock bags and let the kids smush the bananas around. The teacher said that my DD absolutely loved it and thought it was the best thing in the world. I never would have thought about doing that!

So.... if you aren't in the mood to bake you could always use them for a fun activity with your LO!

I created this recipe for healthy banana muffins a while back and pretty much make them every time I have over ripe bananas. I love them with peanut butter for breakfast!
