I feel like this is going to be more of a "well, you could sleep better if you buy our $4000 mattress!" kind of deal than actually giving us tips to sleep better. Anyone planning on actually participating in it?

Re: Anyone actually doing the SleepNumber chat?
Well, they suck. I'll be at work. booo... I have to jump on here in intervals. lol... Usually when I'm just needing to look at something other than work. If anyone participates, I'll take the Cliff's Notes version afterwards, please & thank you!
But see, I feel like that stuff is common sense. Make the room dark, use a supportive pillow, or pregnancy pillow if need be, have some white noise, keep it cool, etc. I just feel that my sleep problems are totally unrelated to my sleep environment, and totally tied to the fact that there's a person in me who makes my hips hurt and makes me wake up to pee every couple hours, and won't let me sleep on my back, lol.
ETA: I think I'm just getting grumpy about the stupid pop-up ads. I keep accidentally clicking them and that stupid little, "Rest up, you'll need it!" makes me want to punch someone in the ovaries. I'm TRYING to rest up...it's not my fault that it doesn't work so great.
I know the chat's already started, but I totally agree with you on the whole common sense thing. I was amazed at how many people didn't realize that stuff when I participated in the one chat I did. Didn't really learn anything new...so I skipped it today. :P
