Looking forward to tomorrow with only a *little* mommy guilt!

DH and I are both off tomorrow for Memorial Day.  Even so, we are taking DD to daycare so we can have a day to ourselves!  Not only that, my mom is picking her up and she gets to spend time with Grandma and Grandpa after daycare so DH and I literally have ALL DAY to spend together tomorrow!

I only have a little guilt because she doesn't NEED to be in daycare, but since it's a long weekend we will be together for the other three days and, frankly, we need an adult day!

    This is so true!  You will recharge and be a better mom because of it, so don't feel guilty!

    What a great idea!  Have a terrific day to yourselves ... are you guys just hanging out or do you have special plans??  I'm so envious!

    Actually, we are putting all of our missed dates into one day!  The weather is going to be perfect so we are going mini-golfing, bowling, to the park, and a few errands.  Maybe out to lunch and dinner (fancy aren't we!).

    So looking forward to it!!

    I am pretty envious! I have had MIL and SIL here for the past two weeks. They are helping take care of Jorge while I am at work. I thought we would have the weekend to ourselves. Nope, FIL is coming to see the baby. I could really use a adult day or even a day with out extra people at my house. And I work on Monday. I have no clue why our district makes us work on a holiday.

    Have fun! We all know you deserve it.
