Anyone's old injuries acting up?

My ankle that I sprained in high school, over 10 years ago, is starting to hurt like it did when it was sprained. I also just started getting swollen ankles, so was wondering if those are connected. Anyone else have old injuries acting up around places where pregnancy symptoms are?

Hard to tell. I injured my wrist in high school about 10 years ago doing flag corp and it's really been hurting lately, but I've also got carpel tunnel in that wrist now from the swelling, so I can't tell if it's both hurting me or just the ct. Hope you feel better!

I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one having them acting up. Hope yours feels better too, but we may be stuck with them for a couple more months. Oh well. LOL

YES! I pulled my hip flexer pretty badly in high school playing soccer and it continued to hurt through sophomore year of soccer in college. I went to rehab for it and everything and it eventually healed, but since about 27 weeks it has come back with a vengeance! I can't even go on a long walk in the morning (forget about my morning jogs!) without it literally killing me later in the day. I have no clue what to do as it is a really hard muscle to stretch and practically any kind of excercise kills later.

Ohmygod yes! I had a knee replacement when I was in high school after a horseback riding accident and it has been killing me since end of second tri.

Funny you should mention this. I tore a tendon in my ankle over 15 years ago and I was just telling DH over the weekend that my ankle was bothering me. Nothing is swelling yet though. I'm sure it all can be connected. Pregnancy is weird like that.

Thank you for posting this, I felt ridiculous thinking that my old ankle/foot injuries were reappearing. But they are!!! My feet look like lumpy logs!! I have huge swollen chunky bruises. Seriously gross.
