Can you recommend any OB-GYNs who do elective c-sections in San Francisco?

    Are you at Kaiser? If so, I can recommend my OB at Redwood City.

    I'm not at Kaiser, I usually go to either CPMC or UCSF but my insurance is flexible (I have PPO so can choose my doctors). I would love you to recommend your doctor in case I can make Kaiser work w/my insurance company. Thank you!! (Feel free to post here or PM me).

    Sorry...forgot to respond. I see Dr. Manjita Bhaumik at RWC Kaiser. I love her and she is really great with her patients. She allowed me to schedule an elective C-Section for my first just because I wanted one. She did ask that I take the C-Section class that Kaiser offered just so I could be sure that I wanted to go that route, but had no issues with my decision to schedule. The class was like 1-2 hours and actually gave me some good info about recovery and what to expect. I'm scheduled for a 2nd c-section with her as well for this baby. Good luck!
