Funniest/worst pregnancy comments
The best one I ever got was when I was pg with DS- a coworker asked if we were planning on having any more, and how soon after he was born, etc. When I answered probably a few years, she looked shocked and replied that she was always pregnant again by her 5 month post check-up (she had 3 kids), that to do anything more would be depriving him of a playmate and friend.
Since I know a lot of people are anxious to have their babies here, and a lot of those with outside babies are sentimental about pregnancy time, figured I would ask about the funny moments

I had a lady ask me how far apart my DS and my DD would be. When I told her 20 months, she said you didn't plan that very well! I told her that it was planned and she just gave me a look of shock, silly people.
I've also had numerous people say that since we have a boy and a girl that we can be done. We probably are done, but I don't need anyone telling me that!
My HR rep of all people asked me if it was planned and "is this a good thing?"
I think I posted last week about the woman who said "I could tell you were having a boy by the excess hair on your face" WTF?!?!
For the most part though people have been complimenting me up and down on how great pregnancy looks on me. So that cancels out the weird comments

I think it was my second to last day of work. A male customer came up, saw that I'm (obviously) pregnant, and said, "Sh*t!!!!" Very rudely. I didn't respond & instead said, "What can I get for you?" Then he goes, "Obviously not the water!!" I wanted to throw something at him b/c of how rude he was. It's like he'd never seen a pregnant woman before! I swear, I always got the rudest/mean comments from guys. And the looks - ya know, the wide eyed "sh*t!!" looks. Makes me happy to be on leave right now!
I just got told via FB, "39w4d?! Uhhhhhh 9x4=36. WTF?! Go get induced!! He/she may decide to take up residence!"
I replied, "Pregnancy is 40w, not 36w."
Oh wow, really? Lol!
Not said to me, but I was APPALLED...
I was out with one of my friends who had three week old twins with her. Some IDIOT said to her "Wow, twins! And you're pregnant again already?" *I* nearly throat punched the lady... my friend was quite graceful and just said, "No, this is just leftover from growing those two..."
My Starbucks barista asked me from the drive thru mind you how soon I would be giving birth because I looked painfully uncomfortable nd needed to be induced. I was only 7 months pregnant t the time.
I also had a lady t work ask when I was due...her underlying tone being that of she thought I looked really big...when I told her I wasn't due until May she then told me i looked a lot further along than she thought...I basically got this not of my pregnancy from people at work! It was the worst.
