Structured Carrier for Petite Mom?

We have a moby, another wrap I made, a mei tai and an ultra structured hiking carrier/backpack (which only DH wears).

I really want an Ergo or something similar, but I am worried I may be too petite. I tried an Ergo with DD who is 19mo in a back carry at the store the other day and with the shoulder straps adjusted as tight as possible it still didn't pull DD close enough to me to be comfortable for any length of time. Any ideas for one that might fit? I'm 5'4 and around 95lbs when not pregnant, if that helps.

I have an Ergo from DS and it is OK, this time around I plan on getting a Beco Gemini. I also really want a baby K'tan to use instead of the moby

I'm 5ft and the same weight as you. I really like my original Boba. The Beco wasn't as comfy on my shoulders for carrying a toddler. As a plus DH who is 6ft 4 also really liked the Boba. I have not tried the newer versions.
