Stupid rash Q

Can LO have a diaper rash from being around a dog that sheds the last four days? Is that possible? He's got a diaper rash now all of a sudden since weve been dog and house sitting.

    I could see a skin rash maybe but not diaper rash. Is he more slobbery than usual?

    No- bUt I'm an idiot. I totally forgt DH told me DS had the runs yesterday lol.
