If you like the seating configuration you are using, could you please post a picture? I'd really like to make ours work. A few of you said the stroller is shortest with the babies facing each other but I found the opposite to be true so I must be doing something terribly wrong! TIA!!

I have both my girls facing forward. That seems to be the shortest configuration to me.

I don't have one yet, but based on the photos of the different seat configurations on the Baby Jogger website, it looks like one facing you/one facing out is the shortest.

I don't recline mine at all and having them face each other feels like the shortest configuration. If you're reclining at all, I'd say have them both face you.

My twins are still in their infant car seats, so when we go out somewhere, I still use the car seat adapters, but if we are going to the park or out for a walk, I put the big seats on. So, just from that limited use, I really like the ability to change them. I think it is shortest if they both face forward, and mine are still small enough that the leg room issue doesn't bother them yet

but I like the fact that I can face them towards each other, or if we're walking and the sun is in their face, I can change their direction.

I got this stroller about three months ago and I.LOVE.IT. I'm not sure what you mean by shortest? You mean the one where the stroller seems not as long? I don't think it's that much longer than my maclaren. I usually keep the kids facing each other since that makes them the happiest. They aren't reclined either. I have no issues like this.
