Just wondering - I sometimes have to get up around 5:00, which is earlier than my alarm goes off - but most nights I make it through without waking up to pee. I keep seeing the frequent urination is a major symptom - so it kind of freaks me out a bit. I am hoping that I am not alone on this?

Definitely not me. I'm up 2-3x per night, but I'm pretty sure I have the world's smallest bladder because even when not PG I'm up at least once, sometimes twice, to pee. I also drink a lot of water so I guess it has to come out sometime
I wouldn't worry about it though. Our bodies all react differently to pregnancy.

I think just actively drinking more water was causing it for me. Now my body is more used to it.
I actually hadn't needed to wake up until the past two nights. Even then I only wake up because I had a nightmare and something was hurting me in my dream, so I wake up to find it's my bladder hurting. But it's only once a night - and randomly.
I wouldn't freak out - your body is probably just extremely tired or using the water you're drinking. Plus symptoms swap out and come and go - I remind myself to be happy for a full nights sleep - because soon, it won't be happening.
Same here. Even before being pregnant it was normal for me to get up at least once per night to pee. The last few nights I've bee up around midnight and then 3am with going to bed about 10. Last night, I only got up at 2am. I'm drinking a ton of water during the day so I expect to get up a lot at night. Thankfully, I'm able to "sleepwalk" to the bathroom, go and then fall right back asleep.

I sleep a lot & I drink a lot of water so I've always woken up around 430 to pee. Lately I get up twice a night instead of just once but I'm bad about drinking a lot of water right before bed - I'm just so thirsty!
I pretty much have zero other symptoms though so you likely just don't have "frequent urination..." yet.
