I make breakfast sandwiches- rip a piece of bread in half and put in the toaster, whip an egg in a small dish and microwave for 1 min. add a slice of lunch meat and micro another 30 seconds, drop on a slice of cheese and put between the toast. Start to finish is the length of time it takes to toast something and it has everything my body seems to want.
When I was working protein bars or protein shakes were my staples. I also would make big batches of healthy muffins that I could grab in the morning. My favorites involve throwing tons of different ingredients in there to bulk them up, apple, carrots, zuchinni, whole wheat flour, raisins, almonds, etc... I like those because I am able touch on many food groups with a grab and go item.
A couple others I used to do but haven't for awhile:
-Toasted Kashi waffle with nutella, flax seed and strawberries.
-Rice cake with peanut butter and banana
Lately all I want are carbs, so I have an english muffin, bagel or cheerios most days.

I flip between peanut butter toast and eggs with bacon.
I had GD with my first so I'm already eating when I can like I have it again. Mornings were always the hardest for me with my numbers, so I just stick to high protein breakfasts to help.

Depends on my mood..some mornings I will have either a piece of toast or a waffle with Nuttella or peanut butter. Some mornings I will have cereal. & then there are mornings like today when those just aren't enough...so 2nd breakfast of a doughnut is probably in my near future!
If I dont start with a high fiber cereal, my day is wrecked....lol. I would prefer to have cheese or peanut butter toast but honestly the shredded wheat or raisin bran is a nice counterbalance to the iron/prenatal. Otherwise, its a big problem.
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter is my go to since I have a little nausea. It's not too rich to take me out but gives me energy to get going with the day

I also keep the frozen sandwiches on hand.
