I can't believe I'm here....

Hi everyone.

Up until this weekend, I have had the perfect pregnancy.  Friday and Saturday morning I broke out in hives.  DH took me to the ER Saturday morning.  The doctor gave me Benadryl and didn't seem too concerned.  I broke out this morning too.  Then this afternoon, I started bleeding.  I was 12wk 5d, so I wasn't immediately concerned, but then it got worse.

DH took me back to the ER.  At first, they thought I just needed an Rh shot.  But the U/S didn't show a heartbeat :(  So I am in the process of miscarrying....  I can't believe it.  I was so close to the 2nd tri.... They still don't know if the hives was even related.

I've heard so many wonderful things about the support from the ladies on this board.  I think I'm going to need it....

    Hi Kiki,

    I'm so sorry you have to go through this. I can relate to what you said about being so close to the 2nd trimester. I was in my 11th week when I miscarried, and that was one of the first things I said when I started bleeding. It's not fair...

    My loss was almost three weeks ago, and the ladies on this board have been an enormous sense of comfort for me. Glad you're here, but sad that you have to be here.

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    I'm sorry for your loss. I'm also join you from the December board, and I'm here to tell you that you are definately in the right place. I just joined yesterday although my MC was two weeks ago, and until now I hadn't really found a place where I really felt understood and surrounded by people that KNOW how I'm feeling. I was considering therapy, but honestly I think I can be okay if I just come here every day for a while. I have DH to talk to, but while he does his very best. A part of this journey us women take alone. I'll be praying for you.

    I'm here from the December board too. I'm so sorry you are going thru this. But this board is full of supportive ppl. Even though i have friends/family IRL who have experienced miscarriage and are helping me cope, I still tend to come here everyday just to read the new posts- for some reason reading stories from strangers helps me feel like I'm not alone.

    im another Dec BMB board member that is new to this board, unfortunately. I am so very sorry for your loss... and so sorry that you have to this board. no one wants to be here. with that being said, aas much as we all hate being here, this is the best gorup of ladies to turn to. they are so full of support and advice. before this board, i was a professional lurker, but this is the first board that i feel that i can truly open up. I hope you find that too in this board. We are here to help u during this tough journey.
