We met at Starbucks, and then went down to the beach.

We went for pizza, I plated him 2 slices and then ate the rest of the large pizza we ordered LOL. I was starving though, hadn't eaten all day haha. He still says that was the reason he fell in love with me. I have no shame :P

We went to TGI Fridays (I can't stand that place now) and I ordered fettucini alfredo even though I loved their hamburgers and usually never ordered anything else, but I was too nervous and I hardly ate any of the fettucine. Then we saw Night at the Museum and got drinks at Sonic.

We never really had one. We were just kind of FWB for awhile, and then we were at, of all places, a Taco Bell drive-thru when he asked me so romantically "So, do you like, want to be in a real relationship or what?". I don't know where or when we actually went out alone, we used to just go places with mutual friends a lot at first.

We went to a concert (we actually called it a "show" - it wasn't a mainstream band in an arena, it was a lesser known band ((my favorite)) in a teeny venue).

Lol H loves to tell people the story. I think it was plain cheese, I didn't want to get into the whole "so.... what's your favorite toppings" convo.. I just wanted to hurry up and eat.

We had hung out a bunch of times with a group of people. Our first "real" date was to the movies and then he came back to my parents house with me to hang out and watch old Friends DVD's with me and my best friend.

We did the FWB thing for like 10 years on & off. We intended the night we officially got together to be the same. I got pizza, he got movies, I spent the night & we havent been apart since.

We met a Midtown Cafe (a coffee place that has since closed down, boo) and then went to eat at Moe's. We know always have Moe's after big events. We went there right after we got engaged, after we got married, and the night we found out we were pregnant with A!

I would say that our first date was at a drive in movie. We had been very good friends for 5 years before that but were either enjoying being single or dating other people in our large group of friends. This night at the drive in was the first time we were both single and into each other. A week later we were "officially" dating!

I have no clue. Unofficially the Popeyes where we would go to eat lunch at work (and we went there the night he proposed, long story) but that was monthhs before we started dating. The first 3 months of our relationship we were long distance.

We had "the safe lunch" (When Harry Met Sally? Anyone??

) at a cute cafe, but our first real date was a few days later when he took me to see The Lion King stage production in Columbus. It was an amazing show, and afterwards we spent probably an hour walking around downtown trying to find the parking garage his car was in! lol We left a different way than we had come in, and I guess we were disoriented. Luckily we did find the garage shortly before it closed at midnight and we would have been stranded!

We were kind of set up by his sisters, so we didn't know each other at all. I wanted to be in a safe place just in case he was a nutjob, so I had him take me to dinner at my local pub where everyone knew me. And I do mean everyone! When we walked in the bartender said really loudly "There she is now!" Turns out he had been talking about me with a couple who my parents were friends with my whole life. This pub had been my parents' hang out for years and I knew every person who worked there and came there regularly. Picture "Cheers."

DH was totally intimidated because everyone kept coming over to say hi and buying us drinks. Then we went to a terible movie, "Zodiak" I think.

DH took control of the next date and took me to the Bronx Zoo and then to dinner. I kind of count that one as our first real date.

We went to the movies (early like 2). Then we realized we still wanted to do something since it was still early in the day so went to the gym and played some one on one basketball. Then we decided we were both hungry so he took me out for some chinese. We talked forever over food. Then still not wanting the night to end I invited him to my place we watched another movie then my roommate came home and he left. :-) It was relaxed and perfect.

We went to high school together and even worked together for a bit before we lost touch. He called one night while I was out with friends, and we started talking and skyping every day for about a month. He finally came home for R&R and took me to dinner at the same place that we'd worked (and flirted) years before, and that was that!

We'd been friends for a little while. On the night of our first "date," I called him up and asked if he wanted to help me cook some enchiladas for a party I was going to the next day. We cooked and watched Buffy, and afterwards we walked around and talked for a while. It was not a real date at all, but we call it our first date.

Saw Gladiator at the movie theatre then ate dinner at Chammps Americana. I think it was Chammps. After dinner though we walked around the mall area with the theatre and restaurants and sat in front of the Barnes and Noble where we met talking on a bench. A girl walked by with her friends and said "Aw, look at the love birds" I guess she knew!

well, the night we met it was a party. A few weeks later he visited me at school and we went to a bar. Our first "official" date was when I came home for easter and he took me to dinner at a family style italian place where you can draw on the tablecloths.After dinner we went to his appartment and listened to music I didn't care for and met his roommate. He brought me a stuffed bunny instead of flowers, the bunny is usually under my pillow to this day.
