NBR Any "techys" on here?

Is there anyway to get my music from my Zune account (on my windows phone) to my computer (I think I can figure that part out) to my Ipod shuffle? ... I have a PC not a Mac (if that matters).

I'm horrible with this stuff, I love zune and my music collection is huge but listening to it through my cell isn't as easy as clipping my shuffle to my shorts and I absolutely HATE Itunes!

Fingers crossed we have someone on this board who knows their way around this kind of stuff
