Trip to the zoo!

I have to say that meerkats are the cutest things ever. We decided to become members at the zoo (it was $10 more) so now I can go whenever I want. Hannah loved it!! She loved watching the flamingos and the fish. MIL grumped the whole time, but the rest of us had a great time!

    I love love love the meetcats <sp?> too. My DH already knows to take a seat when we get to them and the tiny monkeys. lol

    We took Em to the zoo last Monday and she loved it. I think she liked watching the wild kids more than the animals though...

    Cute! Love the pic of your DD and the fish. Clara loved our zoo trip, too. Now its too hot here to go for a while, so we're gonna try out the aquarium.

    Ooh I hate meerkats after watching a few episodes of Meerkat Manor. They're so terrible to each other!

    But anyway - cute pics of the zoo! We don't have a real zoo in town, but I do want to get to the aquarium at some point.

    the zoo was a huge hit for dd2 as well.  she refused to nap the whole time we were there because there was so much for her to see.  as soon as we got to the car she passed out.
