So about family stickers on the back of car windows

My H and I saw a car yesterday walking into Target that had an odd variation on the family stickers you see on the back window.  It had two large apple company apple stickers and one small one next to it, from the ipods or ipads or whatever.  H is obsessed with apple products and now is SO excited and wants to add these to my car.  Is this geeky cute or just geeky?  I don't want to shatter his dream, but other than the funny stickers of like one lady and a couple cats, I'm not a huge fan of the family stickers.

    Definitely geeky, haha!

    And i say this because my DH loves apple and he put 2 apple stickers on the side windows of our car (while i was at work, of course..), and, like you, i didn't want to shatter the dream for him, so i just let it be.

    But we also have the family stickers (not apple) and i love 'em. :)

    ETA: I can't remember what website we used, but we both picked our individual sticker that we liked :) And for the dogs, we found a sticker that had one dog humping the other, haha! We get a lot of compliments on that one... Plus it was like 2 for the price of one.

    I saw a zombie family on the back of an suv the other day. I found that hilarious.

    The apple icon is geeky. Don't do it.

    I saw one last week where it's the parents, two older kids, and a baby who's being thrown into the air. The mom is reaching to catch the baby while the other family members are laughing and the baby is laughing. All I could think of was South Park and Ike ("don't kick the baby").

    The only reason we have them is because DH saw Cincinnati Bengals ones on amazon when he was looking at Bengals stuff and he loves anything bengals, lol

    I think if your hubby wants to do it and you don't mind, let your geek flag fly. I don't have a strong opinion either way on these types of stickers, I think you should do what makes you happy.

    I don't think they are stupid, but I think I forgive things like that more than some.  I have relatives that send a SUPER "braggy" Christmas card that would annoy most people, but I think there is worse things you can be than proud of your family.  So, in other words, I am ok with the family stickers.  

    On the other hand, I don't like branding and walking/driving around as an advertisement, so I wouldn't go for the Apple one.

     Thanks Mel, it's been a bit rough recently.  But, thankfully we've been given a second shot at this.  We go in for our next ultrasound tomorrow to find out whether it is a singleton or if we're having twins.  I am praying the second baby continued to develop, but at the end of the day if I make it out of this with one healthy baby I know I just need to be thankful for that.

    How is your garden doing?  I've been FB stalking when you post pics, I'm jealous!

    I don't send Christmas cards, mainly because I'm cheap and lazy :)  But good call on the walking brand advertisement thing, maybe I can use this to convince him out of it! :)
