Thanks for the good wishes, ladies! Of the 10 eggs, 7 were mature and 5 fertilized by ICSI. We are in a bit of a pickle about what to do regarding transfer (day 3 vs. day 5, fresh vs. frozen), though tomorrow we will have more info on how the embies are doing and hopefully that will help us to decide.

One factor is that we are pretty committed to SET, and our clinic usually freezes embryos in pairs and isn't so pro-SET with regard to frozen embryos since their success rates are a little lower on frozen cycles. On the other hand, there is the issue with the premature rise in progesterone (premature luteinization) which could have an effect on implantation for this cycle in a fresh transfer (though how much of an effect is debatable - some clinics show a negative correlation between premature luteinization and implantation rates and some show none at all).

There is also the issue of our big one-year move coming up next month...it is possible for me to change my plans and stay behind for a few weeks to do a frozen transfer while DH travels ahead to Toronto, but I really don't want to have any more frozen embies sticking around after next month. Gah...some many choices, though feeling thankful that at least right now we have some choices!

Update: It turns out we actually had another egg fertilize, so that is 6 total:) The plan is to do a day 3 SET tomorrow and freeze everything else that remains. If this transfer doesn't work, they will thaw the remaining embryos next month and try to grow them to day 5. This means that if this fresh transfer doesn't work, I will be remaining in Israel alone for 2 weeks after DH moves to Canada to do a FET, which sucks, but it is what it is, and honestly, at this point things are definitely turning out much better than they looked just before retrieval, so I really can't complain too much.
