I think several of the girls here have already have this joy. I've found that I have it in the mornings if I eat anything too high in sugar, so no sugary cereal for me. Make sure you are drinking lots of water.
I've had a lot of nausea since last week and my MW said that's totally normal. Most women start to get symptoms around 6 weeks or so. I have found that having a very small snack when I first get up helps. My RE suggested mixing a carb and protein like cheese and crackers so that you keep you sugar levels stable and you don't have the really highs or really lows.
Goodness I have nausea throughout the day, I can be comfortably eating and all of sudden I get this funky tummy feeling and just can't eat anymore. I feel nauseous often but never really throw up, which is good. I think that is why I am hungry less because I don't ever know what will trigger my nausea, I try to keep snacks with me even though I am not hungry to snack on.
