We found out last week we are having DS #2. Middle name will be Joseph and last name is very common and starts with B.
I like the name Matthew Joseph B.
DH doesn't like it but hasn't suggested any other names. He doesn't like Noah, Isaiah, Josiah, Miles, or Caleb.
DS is Daron. We don't want anything extremely popular, but I find those are what I'm liking the best.
Challenge: I would really like to incorporate Aaron into this LO's name as well (SD and DS are both named after DH's brother Aaron who died of brain cancer). Any suggestions? His MN was Wayne, which is really NMS.
Any name suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
Re: Boy names-opinions/suggestions please
If you have already decided the MN will be Joseph then I don't have any ideas for you for incorporating Aaron into the name. I think it would end up sounding too rhymey/confusion with your other son's name. I understand the gesture you are trying to make, but I don't think every child needs to honor the same person. (JMO) Otherwise I would suggest using Aaron for the MN.
Travis Joseph B-
Trent Joseph B-
ETA: I thought of Erroll as a close to Aaron sounding name.
alexander joseph
ian joseph
kevin joseph
neil joseph
eliott joseph
ethan joseph
According to Behind the Name it is believed that Aaron means exalted.
You could perhaps to a reverse search based on the meaning... that would maintain the tie to Aaron, but you'd get a name that didn't rhyme with Daron.
Good luck! I love Joseph!!
I thought the same thing. When I looked it up, Aaron meant strong or exalted. Ethan is another name that means strong.
