  CBEFM?  I am assuming a fertility monitor?  I bought mine from Natural Methods.com.  Takes temps and records.  Tells you when to BD with Red yellow and green lights.  Has an alarm built right in.  Fits in purse and travel bag.  No battery needed.  $500 though.
