Is there any kind of cooked fish that or LO's shouldn't eat at this age?
DH hates fish, I love it but don't buy it since he won't eat it. However, I want DS to eat it so I've decided to start buyingit for him and I.
I love salmon, halibut, and tilapia, but have never cooked any of them :-/, how do you prepare it. Do you recommend anything else and how do you prepare it?
Thanks ladies!

Re: Fish for LO
we eat lots of fish! We usually just season and grill salmon (leave the skin on, it'll slide off easily once cooked). You can do just about anything with white fish like tilapia, cod, etc. Season and broil, wrap in foil and grill, wrap in parchment with a splash of white wine and bake, dredge in flour or breadcrumbs and pan fry (We do this for LO a lot bc we can make fish "fingers" for her). We do fish tacos or fish sandwiches too.
I wish our daycare would let us send fish!
