Plastic rocks?

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
DS loves to play with rocks and dirt. We dont have much in our own yard and unless he steals ornamental rocks from the neighbors which is not ok we dont have any. Anyone know where you can get plastic play rocks or rubber ones to play with outside? Or should I buy a bag of pea gravel and dump it outside?

    A big hit in our house is the kiddy pool from craigslist ($15) and peagravel.
