Winter Baby

Hi ladiesI just wanted to say I am so excited to have a winter baby!! Is anyone else due around the 11th?

    DX: PCOS/Recurrent losses/MTHFR mutation (compound hetero)
    5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
    3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
    IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
    IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I'm due on the 8th. I know it depends on where you live, but weather wise, having a baby in early January is the BEST time of the year for my area. I'm in Texas. It's not hot late in your pregnancy, you're not worried about your newborn sweating to death in the back of the car. The weather is GREAT for baby wearing for the first three months. Your baby is at a great age for more outdoor outings just as the weather warms, but isn't hot yet.

    I'm due the 11th too.  I'm in az so a winter baby is perfect!
    TTC since Dec. 2010. Me: 37, DH: 38...unexplained RPL
    BFP #1 - missed m/c 4.18.11 found @8w3d, d&c @13w 
    BFP #2 blighted ovum found 8.2011 @8w, misoprostol
    BFP#3 - missed m/c 6.11.12 @ 9w3d, d&c revealed extra chromosome 15
    BFP#4 8.10.12, DD born 4/26/13

    When we first started TTC we aimed for a spring baby, but after 3 1/2 years, we are just thrilled to be pg and a baby any time of year is a miracle! Wink

    9th-ish here.  I live in snow country and keep hearing that January is great because you have your own built-in heater!  I just have my fingers crossed for no major early/mid-January blizzards that would interfere with us getting to the hospital!

    Due on the 12th! I'm very excited about a winter baby!

    Only caveat?  My son was a summer baby... so all of the clothes I have are probably not going to fit. LOL.

    Shellbear, I'm in AZ too. A winter baby is perfect, although I don't necessarily think we have much of a "winter" here. :)

    Nice to meet you all ladies, I'm looking forward to go through this new amazing chapter with y'all :) I live in Texas!! Houston to be exact So yes a winter baby is perfect. Summers in Texas are incredibly HOT to say they least!!! And for those of you with snowy winters ah prayers going your way(although I love the snow). Well H&H 9 months to y'all :)!!
