People have been asking what to get Hannah for her birthday. I have no idea. She does not need toys or clothes. Maybe some bigger toys? I need some ideas here.
SarahP recommended a water table. We got one for A and let her open her gift early, and its a big hit!
Another thing she loves is a bubblemaker - I got one at Target and she loves trying to catch them!
I think the outdoor stuff now is great, so I've been kind of pushing for that. Also when in doubt, I tell people to get books because we can never have too many!
The church nursery has this and DD LOVES it. She's obsessed with opening and closing doors and this is just her size and doesn't pinch fingers.
Other than that, we had DD's party today and my mom refurnished a little rocking chair that used to be mine and her's when we were little and it was a huge hit. She figured out how to climb up into it right away and sat there forever rocking herself in it. She also got this super cute talking picnic basket from LeapFrog that kept her entertained and "big girl" feeding supplies (like a plate that comes with a placemat to make it stick to the table so they can't pick it up and dump all the food...). I had specifically suggested the feeding supplies as a next step up since we'll so be moving on to learning how to self feed with utensils and plates/bowls instead of just using fingers and plopping food on the tray.
My mom's the only person who's asked what he (we) may want. I asked her to get him a water table.
If anyone asks, I will tell them to get the LeapFrog magnetic alaphabet thingy....sorry too tired to link right now. I think this will come in very useful in the kitchen when I'm trying to get some cooking done.

My friend sent her this push toy. She can't walk with it yet, but she will be soon.
We also got her a pool and some books. Have you seen the indestructable books? They are pretty cool. I'd also like to get her some musical instruments.
We're getting DS a box of tissues. I think he'll love it. If anyone asks, I'll say sleepers or books.
LOL, so true!!!
Anyway, because the Grandmas asked, I did make a list for LO. The first 2 items on the list were $ for her 529 and $ to go towards a jogging stroller.
I know you said no toys or clothes, but we asked for both. She doesn't have much 18m stuff at all, and most of the toys she has are from Christmas or earlier--she could use some toddler stuff. I also asked for some Robeez for when she starts walking (for outside/daycare)
Other misc. stuff we asked for are bigger bibs, sippy cups, and board books.

Cara plays with this at all the play groups we go to so we are getting her one.
