Delayed Mothers Day Post

So I had to work a lot this week and Lexi had her 2 mo check up and the shot made her sick so that's why this post is so late. Anyway long story shot my husband didn't do anything for me for mothers day except complain about everything, the traffic, the weather, everything. It's not about stuff but it would have been nice to at least get a card or a back rub or something. This mothers day was the same as every other mothers day for me and it really sucked.

    When fathers day rolls around.. go up to him with a big smile and give him a hug..say happy fathers day ..I got you the same thing you got me.. and then hand him the baby, a bottle, diapers etc....  go out and enjoy yourself for a few hours then come home and *** about the traffic .Yes

    See, I would do the opposite... I'd give him something small but sweet for Father's Day so he gets the memo for next year...  and then if he doesn't do anything next year go that route.

    What a crappy first mother's day.  That was very inconsiderate of him.  I would try to get some nice jewelry from guilting him about it or do the father's day thing as PP suggested ;)

    I'm sorry, that sucks. Does he realize how that made you feel? I wouldn't wait until Father's Day to make your point if I were you.
