I'm trying to decide if I should get a wedding band to match my new ring. When you see someone wearing their E-ring without a band do you automatically think they are engaged and not married?

I only wear my wedding band and think it looks nice (a 2 ct eternity band). I wouldn't wear my e ring alone, though, because I don't want to look like I'm engaged when H and I are out with 3 kids! Just my own issue.
I wear my e-ring and band together or sometimes just my band, but I never wear just my e-ring. I always think engaged when I see someone with just an e-ring on.

I don't wear my rings, because I get wedding ring rash from washing my hands all day at work. They don't even fit after getting pregnant. I always think how bad it must look when DH and I are out to dinner and he has his wedding band on and I don't LOL
I have 2 bands and an E-ring. Sometimes I wear all three, sometimes I just wear the wedding band and E-ring, sometimes just the wedding band, and sometimes just the E-ring. I like diversity.
I just wear a cheap band. My e-ring is locked away for when my fingers are smaller again.
I never got a wedding band. When we married, the guy we had bought our bands from backed out on making them 3 weeks before our wedding. I was livid. I never had time to find someone else. I ordered DH's ring on Overstock for $25. He's grown attached to it and doesn't want something else.
At about 10 weeks pregnant, my fingers swelled and I went ringless for a while. I picked up a silver band at Target when going to visit my very proper manners-oriented grandmother to be sure she didn't make some snide comment.

I am all traditional so you can guess my vote. My E ring is a weird shape so no band rrally "fit" with it because of the curve. I seriously felt like people would see just an e ring and think I was just enaged and not married. Dumb I know! lol. So yeah, we had a simple little band molded and made to fit my e ring. It is way too basic for what it cost to have made BUT I just had to have that wedding band and they whole "symbol" of it. lol. Even if it was just totally basic.
I always wear both. If I saw someone with just the engagement ring, I wouldn't think they were married. If I'm remembering your new ring correctly, it's going to be hard to get a wedding band to match it/fit it.
Thanks for all of your input! I think I will definitely keep my eye out. CVL- yes, it is hard to find one to match. There is a tacori band made to match my ering, but I personally don't care for it. Plus, we couldn't afford the matching band right now anyways.
I am thinking of getting an ultra thin band to pair with it.
my ring and below is the type of band I am thinking of
