Scrub.
Get a nail brush, dawn, and hot water. Use your sink, and use the dawn and nailbrush to physically scrub off every last drop. Then, flip it inside out, and do it again. Then back to the front, and do it more. Rinse them as well as you can in the sink, that will save your washer some work. Then wash them in hot with Dawn, rinse until there are no more bubbles. Then scrub again with the same process, rinse well, then wash with your detergent and go until there are no more bubbles.
Hopefully that will do it for you, but when my H used A&D I had to do that whole thing twice before the diaper was back to normal.
Our DC used Desitin on a CD. I used blue Dawn and a scrub brush and super hot water to scrub it out. It wasn't *as bad* as I thought it would be. I have a friend in my mommy & me group who used Desitin regularly on her Bum Genius diapers...like, she has just never heard that she shouldn't. She washes them like normal and says she's never had a problem (her LO is 10 1/2 months old). So, I think scrubbing them a little and getting it mostly out, you will probably be okay. GL!
Yep, I agree with the hot water and scrubbing with blue Dawn. I used an old toothbrush to scrub and soaked a bunch too. The Desitin that CD used on my diapers eventually all came out in a few washes - I didn't bother washing separately from my other diapers, and had no issues.

Our DCP regularly uses various kinds of diaper rash creams on DS. I kind of freaked out the first time, but decided to wait see if it caused a problem before I did anything special to the diapers or said anything to DC. But, it's never been a problem, so I've never done anything about it.

Ditto this. I find soaking in hot water with some dawn helps to loosen the cream up a little bit and makes it easier to scrub off.
