I am pissed! I hate cliff hangers. Also why the hell couldn't they start a better fire? They are in the woods for christ sakes. There has to be something to burn.

Yeah, that was just stupid. Wouldn't they have tried to start a huge fire to signal for help, like in every other movie!?

I TOTALLY agree!! Why wouldn't they get some more stuff to put in the fire when it started getting small? My fire would have been so huge I would be worried about a freaking forest fire!

That was my fear. Between the thunder and the fire I kept thinking leaking jet fuel and they were going to blow up the pilot.
I really thought they would keep that fire going, there would be no way that would go out. If by some strange happening it did, i would be out there rubbing 2 sticks together, not just sitting there, smh.
I felt bad for the pilot, but what in the world was up with the flare gun? it's not tested/checked?
I'm too disgruntled for words. The only high point for me to that episode was Teddy getting fired. I can't stand her. But of all of the people to kill? Really?
I'm intrigued with Derek's hand - surgeons don't do too well without 2 hands.
After they killed George, I didn't watch for a season. This might wind up working out the same.
I'm guessing they will have his hand be okay since he said he wanted to sav his hand and was telling Merideth what to do to save it. But he may have probs since he won't be going to Harvard, they renewed their contracts for 2 more years.
Why the hell did no one mention a cell phone?
Thank God Christina mentioned how outrageous their lives have been.
I suspend reality with this show, and never take it too seriously. Loved it.
Hahah- that was my first thought! It ended and I was thinking how I'd be either too tired to stay up or nursing through the premier!
I thought the ending sucked - at least leave something to go by for next season.
I also told DH before the episode came on that I thought Arizona would die b/c the last 2 episodes Callie keeps talking about happiness and comments that Arizona made. I also think that's how Korev will stay, like how Teddy leaving allows Christina to take over cardio.

Just finished watching the West Coast Feed of Greys.. Very disappointed with how it ended. I HATE cliffhangers. I was pissed they killed off Lexi and that her and Mark aren't going to get back together! I also think Arizona might die too and Karev and Yang will stay. Poor Callie is gonig to be crushed. Maybe Callie and Mark will hook up again and raise Sophia together???
This...I actually turned it off halfway through and went to bed. I was exhausted from field day at school and wasn't a fan of all the crying and screaming and broken doctors. I'll watch the rest this weekend - it doesn't sound like I missed anything great.

I thought it was strange that she died so early because they said that one person would not come back, so obviously that is Lexi and I thought they should have at least included a part where they found out at the hospital that they were in a plane crash. That would have been a much better way to end it. You know they are all going to live now. My husband also asked why they would let the fire go out and not build a bigger one. Plus, they had 5 matches so you know they let it go out 4 times. Uh DUH!
I wasn't in love with the episode either. In addition to the lamest fire in stranded-in-the-forest history, Hunt never checking his voicemail (and nobody at the Boise hospital trying to have him paged after a while of the team being inexplicably MIA) and the lack of any mention of trying a cell phone, a few other things that bugged me were:
1. Derek somehow couldn't yell loud enough for Meredith to hear him when she was calling for him? And nobody heard him scream bloody murder when he mangled his hand with the rock?
2. Christina and Meredith just standing there staring at Derek when he came stumbling out of the woods holding his purple, pulpy hand, after all of Meredith's anguished, frantic searching. It took him passing out for them to move?
3. All the "you're my best friend" talk between Kepner and Avery. There was nothing about their relationship before they slept together that screamed BFFs.
4. I wish they would've at least put five minutes of Seattle Grace finding out about the crash into the episode. Just enough to have the situation start dawning on more of the characters.
I'm kinda with the camp that says Arizona's going to die; I think there needs to be a consequence for the "La Bamba" move of putting her on the flight in Karev's place at the last minute.
That's only like an hour long flight...how did nobody worry more? And where were their cell phones? And why did they have to kill Lexi? End rant.
