a laugh for moms of big babies

All us moms having babies measuring big...a friend of mine who just had a 9.5lb daughter told me some "advice" that made me laugh so hard.

Forget the newborn sizes, they'll never wear them unfortunately. Regift, return or resale. And as for the newborn diapers...they'll fit like thongs. Don't even bother. Bring some size 1's to the hospital.

I laughed so hard picturing that.

    Thanks for the great reminder!  If you saw my other thread, my dc (now 8) was 10 pds 1 oz and we had to go right to size one diapers- they did have them at the hospital though.  I purposely have only bought size one for that reason. 

    But I just sent dh a message that we will have to exchange all the newborn packs we received as gifts.  :p  thanks for the reminder!

    I had a big baby before.  Why people bought me newborn stuff for this baby was baffling.  LOL! those onesies would be like head bands.  Newborn Diapers HA! LOL!
