I'm looking for a lightweight stroller for my two year old (26 lbs, 34 in). I'm going to have to carry both him and the stroller up and down stairs pretty often. I'm guessing we're going to put quite a few miles on it.
Ideally, I don't want to spend much more than $100, but I can be a little flexible. I've always been a baby wearer, so I've never shopped for a stroller before.
Re: Lightweight stroller
The Best Lightweight Baby Strollers are the Chicco Capri and the Graco UrbanLite. Both are lightweight and durable. The Chicco Capri is $69.99 on Amazon and the Graco UrbanLite is $124.99. They are both Amazon bestsellers. I know you did not want to spend over $100, but I wanted to point out it is a quality stroller that you can get a lot of use out of. Read the Graco UrbanLite Stroller Review to see if it would fit your lifestyle and if you like the features it offers.. Here is the link to the Amazon Best sellers page.

Originally I was going to go with the Chicco capri or the Jet mentioned in the first reply but i've heard alot of good about Britax. So, i'm still debating but leaning towards this, especially for the price.
These are so light, and comes in great colors too:
