Heartburn from h3!!

I have never in my life experienced heart burn like this! This is only like the 3rd time I've ever had heart burn, I assume that's what this is. How in the world do I get rid of this??!??

as my OB said, the only thing tums is good for at this point is calcium...try pepcid since its too late to take prilosec as a preventative

I use Zantac 150 and drink a lot of vanilla almond milk.
