if you're playing background music what are you playing? We'll have a lot of little kids (like 15ish) at ours, so I was planning to do kid's music on pandora or a cd that we have from school (mostly original songs, but it is kid's music). But with all the hate I'm thinking maybe I don't want to drive all the other parents bonkers

lol .... I guess I should say that IMO it's more kid-friendly than some of the other stuff on the radio nowadays.

I was just kidding
We listen to country all the time. I agree... it's MUCH more kid-friendly than say Carter IV.
I hadn't even thought about this! Man, I have no idea what we'll do. We don't have any top-40 type music in iTunes, so I may need DH just to make a playlist of clean songs from our iTunes library. That or we'll pull up a top-40 or AC station on Pandora/spotify to stream.
I would be fine with country because I don't mind it, but DH is not a fan! He may even cringe at the idea of top-40 and he'll put so many disclaimers like no Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, etc. And I'd be fine with that. Neither of us like overly pop music. (Though I still love Britney, and have a music crush on Flo Rida!)
