3rd Trimester
we need prayers/good thoughts, whatever you've got.
Today the ultrasound tech came to get me (unbeknownst to me) and go for a repeat ultrasound because on review of Monday's ultrasound they saw something on his brain.
There is a small (1cm) cyst on Jack's brain. At this point, we have no idea what the implications are yet. We are going to consult with a pediatric neurosurgeon next week to figure out what we are dealing with and what to do next.
?I am beside myself with worry and I just don't want to put my newborn baby through brain surgery. Please send good thoughts that this is no big deal and the neurosurgery consult goes well. Thanks.?

sucky, try not to stress till you know for sure what you are dealing with. the stress isnt good (you know that)

Oh sweetheart I'm praying for you. I'm so sorry that so much is happening with your poor baby. He's gorgeous by the way.
I really am crossing my fingers and hoping it's nothing, just keep praying. Remember, when two people come together in one prayer the lord answers.
Sending good vibes your way. Try to stay calm until you know exactly what you're dealing with. Even if your little baby does need a surgery, newborns brains are so adaptable, I'm sure he'll be fine.
