What to expect after stopping progesterone supplements

So I just stopped taking my progesterone, and I was curious as to the side effects any of you noticed after stopping them. I just want to be prepared so I don't freak out and think I'm having another miscarriage. I know I should have more energy, and feel less nauseous. Will my boobs get smaller or hurt less? Anything you remember is helpful to know:)

    This is a great question. I just started taking them and my doctor said I'd take them until about 10 weeks are so. So I'm curious too if there will be any side affects when you stop them.

    I don't have any advice, just wanted to say Good Luck! I am on supplements myself, and have also wondered what to expect when the time comes to go off of them.

    I was on supositories until 12w. I really didn't notice anything different after stoping them (other than no more messy discharge!). My m/s went away at 8w, I got my energy back around 14w, and my breats stopped being sore around 17w, so I really didn't associate any of those symptoms with the progesterone. I hope the transition is just as smooth for you.

    I honestly didn't even notice. I stopped at 10wks and I had no change in anything at all.  I feel exactly the same. No spotting.. no more or less energy.. everything stayed the same.

    I didn't notice because at the time I weaned off them (12-13wks) the LO was creating enough progesterone to no longer need the supplements. That's why you don't need to be on them after that time period. I noticed no real changes.

    Listening in... if all goes well, I'm going to wean off the PIO injections in 3 weeks using vag supposotories. Glad to hear you all didn't have any side effects.

    I stopped at 12w5d (just because I had an appt that day and had forgot to stop taking them) Anyway, I did notice a little more energy, less bloat and less sore boobs---however, this could have easily been because I was hitting 2nd tri.

    The only side effect I can remember was the discharge stopped which was a great thing! My stomach troubles also got much better so I can't think of anything bad that happened :) Good luck!
