Thanks so much for the info. My husband plans on cooking for the first few weeks but it wouldn't hurt to have a few frozen meals on hand just in case:).

I'm not sure if we will have the chance to do freezer meals (would love to have them available just in case) but I know that the Europe's Best frozen veg have been a total lifesaver. They are great in stirfrys or even just on the side. Plus - given that not all food is always appetizing, it's great that they don't go bad if I'm not in the mood for veg for a few days.

Thanks for the links! I wish I would have frozen meals for the end of pregnancy! Cooking is just not something I feel like doing lately.

Another great website is www.onceamonthmom.com she even lists the shopping lists, recipe cards, ect. They have several different menus if you have dietary needs. I really like this website and have used it a lot in the past.
