Georgia Pic...and some more details!

We got to bring our baby girl home yesterday. However, when we were at the hospital on Tuesday night, my sister (who happened to be our night nurse) noticed that Georgia's squeaking noises were actually an issue, and not just "cute". She was diagnosed with laryngomalasia. This means that she has an issue with her throat that causes her to squeak and lose blood oxygen at times. They were going to put a tube down her throat to see the extent of the issue, but the ENT doctor that came in was fine with letting her go home and we just have to follow up in a week or so. It's really hard to sleep at night when she is squeaking all the time and you wonder if she is breathing ok.  Other than that, she is nursing well and we're happy to be home!

    She is gorgeous!  Sorry to hear about her breathing issue.  I hope it resolves on it's own soon!
