Stupid comment of the day... DH eddition

We were sitting down for dinner and got talking about our plans next month and how crazy this summer is going to be already (baby aside). Then DH says to me:

'do you have anything planned for August 23-29th? A guy at work asked me to cover for him that week and I said why not'

Me: 'well I'm hoping to have a baby sometime that week, but ya know, nothing important or anything'

Him: 'omg when are we due again'

Me: 'the 24th'

Him: 'no way, I can't believe I forgot about that'

Yeaaaaah, neither can I.

DH: Well, you're growing a human.

Me: You were supposed to say I don't have rolls.

Laughing - what is it with them? I swear my husband has no idea what week/month/trimester I'm in. If I asked I would get 'ummmm......' (nervously glancing at the calendar trying to figure it out before I storm off.....)

I showed this to DH. He said "um... I don't get it?" I said "he forgot the due date!" DH said "oh... sounds like something I might do". Me, "sigh... exactly..."

LOL My DH and I had a conversation like this, only it went like this:

Me: I feel like a whale

DH: You are a whale...but only because you're pregnant

Me: Oh, so I'm a pregnant whale?

DH: Yeah

Me: lol Thanks!

DH: Hey, I love your big belly because every time I look at it I think about us and think 'wow we made that baby and I can't wait to meet it'

Me: Aww, really? *sobbing happy tears*
